Hidlydd tanwydd has three types: Diesel filter, gasoline filter and Gas filter. Its function is to filter out harmful particles and moisture in the engine fuel gas system, to protect the oil pump nozzle, cylinder liner, piston ring, reduce wear, avoid blockage.
Diesel filter
The structure of the diesel filter is roughly the same as the oil filter, and there are two kinds of replaceable and rotating type. But its working pressure and oil temperature requirements are much lower than that of the oil filter, and its filtration efficiency is much higher than that of the oil filter. The filter element of diesel filter is mostly made of filter paper, and there are also felt or polymer materials.
Hidlydd disel can be divided into diesel water separator, diesel fine filter. The important function of oil-water separator is to separate the water in diesel oil. The existence of water is very harmful to diesel engine fuel supply system, corrosion, wear, jam and even worsen the combustion process of diesel. Because of the high sulfur content in Chinese diesel, it can even react with water to form sulphuric acid to corrode engine parts during combustion. The traditional way to remove water is mainly precipitation, through the funnel structure. Engines with national third or higher emissions have higher requirements for water separation, which requires the use of high-performance filtration media.
Diesel fine filter is used to filter the fine particles in diesel oil, in the country three or more emissions of diesel engines is mainly for 3-5 micron particles of filtration efficiency.

Gasoline filter

Gasoline filter because of the combustion mode of gasoline engine and diesel engine is different, the overall requirements are not as harsh as diesel filter, so the price is cheap.
