Public areas will be cleaned jointly by all departments: front desk staff will wipe down the reception desk and display shelves; conference room tables, chairs, projection equipment, and floors will be cleaned; pantry sinks will be thoroughly cleaned and the interior of the microwave and refrigerator will be disinfected; restrooms will require the replacement of garbage bags, wiping mirrors and countertops, and proper ventilation.
During the campaign, the Administration Department will provide cleaning tools (such as rags, mops, disinfectant, and garbage bags). Each department should designate a dedicated person to collect these tools from the Administration Office during [Tool Collection Time]. When cleaning, please pay attention to electrical safety and avoid contact between electrical appliances and water, which can be hazardous. Please also keep personal valuables and important documents securely to prevent loss or damage.
